Keine Fasslagerung, sondern pure Frucht, dominierend Tempranillo und dazu Syrah - bester Gaumenschmaus für den Alltag!
Aus den vier Sorten Tempanillo 40%, Syrah 30%, Trincadeira 20% und Alicante Bouschet mit 10% wird ein wunderbarer Roter von Weinmacher Pedro Pereira Gonçalves und Vasco Rosa Santos gezaubert
Gefühlt leicht aber mit viel Würze und sehr viel Frucht!!!
Die Guarda Rios Weine von Monte da Ravasqueira mit dem Kingfischer - unserem Eisvogel - auf dem Etikett habe ich sofort nach den ersten Probiergläsern gewürdigt.
Auf tonigen Lehmböden stehen die Weinberge und werden per Hand und maschinell geerntet.
Nach 48h sehr kalter Mazeration bei 14° folgt die Reifezeit.
Sehr schöner Rotwein für den Tag.
13,2% alc., 5,4g/L acid; pH: 3,58, RZ 1,2g - Enthält Sulfite.
